Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is the treatment for varicose and spider veins. It usually involves an injection of a salt solution directly into the vein. It is a proven method and has been used since 1930s. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes. Following the procedure, no exercise is permitted for a few days. You are not eligible if you are pregnant or if you had a blood clot in the past. Your eligibility will be decided based on an assessment of the area and your general health.
